If you are looking for inspiration for some new seasonal treats to make either for visitors or as gifts for family and friends, Festive Baking in a Day will inspire you to try some new recipes.
This is a very hands-on course, led by chef and Food Safari cookery teacher, Peter Harrison. Peter will teach you to make some delicious treats such as min Christmas puddings, lebkucken (German ginger biscuits), Italian cantucci, stollen (a traditional German fruit cake with a layer of marzipan) and delicious Christmas liquors, which make a perfect Christmas present!
You will take home everything you prepare as well as a pack of information and all the recipes.
