Mushrooms in a Day
We are not running any mushroom courses this autumn. For courses please contact our expert Jon Tyler directly via his web site Wild for Woods.
Our course is unique in combining a morning out in the forest foraging for edible wild mushrooms with a an inspiring mushroom cookery demonstration from award winning chef and food writer Madalene Bonvini-Hamel, followed by a gourmet three course mushroom lunch at the British Larder.
After the foray, we will go to the award-winning British Larder Suffolk for a mushroom and wild food cookery demonstration from chef and food writer Madalene Bonvini-Hamel. Then we will enjoy a foragers’ feast – based around the edible mushrooms, of course – but also the best local and seasonal produce.
Our mushroom forays always book up early so book online now or call 01728 621380 with any questions or to book
